Specify any holes, openings and assembly features in the drawing. Reference images support preliminary discussions; production follows the approved drawings, specifications and samples.

CUSTOM SIZE, SHAPE, THICKNESS AND COLOR

For ring gaskets, specify the outer diameter, inner diameter and thickness. For custom-shaped parts, provide the outline dimensions, hole positions and assembly requirements.

For cement handling butterfly valve seats, pneumatic butterfly valve seals or dust sealing components, provide the equipment model, seat profile, installation dimensions and operating conditions.

A flat silicone gasket should not be treated as a universal butterfly valve seat. Compatibility must be confirmed against the approved drawing and sample.

HIGH-TEMPERATURE AND AGING-RESISTANCE REQUIREMENTS

If heat resistance or aging resistance is required, specify the continuous operating temperature, peak temperature, contact media, working pressure and service environment.

Material selection and performance requirements must be confirmed using the relevant material specifications, technical documentation or test results.
